She has completed a 500-hour Master Level Training from Rishikesh YTTC and is knowledgeable in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Anatomy, Pranayama, Meditation, Teaching Methodology, Philosophy, and Mantra Chanting.
