Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Yoga Home Wellness, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our services and products. Our goal is to ensure clarity and fairness in our policies to maintain a positive relationship with our clients.
1. Class and Workshop Refunds
Single Class Bookings
- No cancellations or refunds are permitted for single class bookings. Once booked, the fee for a single class is non-refundable.
Class Packages
- Unused classes within a package are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no classes in the package have been used.
- After 14 days, class packages become non-refundable.
Special Events
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant.
2. Retreats and Teacher Training Programs
Deposits
- Deposits for retreats and teacher training programs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Balance Payments
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date are eligible for a refund of the balance payment, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Products
Merchandise
- If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Yoga Home Wellness, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Digital Products
- All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses) are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
5 Days, 10 Days, 20 Days, and Monthly Memberships
- These memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, the membership fee is final.
Annual Memberships
- Annual memberships can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no classes or services have been used.
- After 48 hours, annual memberships are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at refund@yogahomewellness.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant documentation or proof (e.g., photos of defective products)
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If there are any delays, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
