Instructor Information:
Arbely has over 15 years of yoga teaching experience and has been traveling the world teaching yoga since 2021 across five continents. Her primary practice is Ashtanga Yoga, and she has had the privilege of studying Ashtanga at the source in Mysore, India, under Sharath Jois. Arbely’s teaching approach is compassionate yet firm, believing that yoga practice can be accessible to everyone.
